Irritable Bowel Relief & Treatment

Do you suffer from chronic digestive problems like diarrhea, constipation, gas & abdominal pain? If so, you maybe suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It's a painful condition of the digestive system, that has no medical cure. But over the years, patients (including me) have found holistic strategies for overcoming IBS.

And finally, I've put all that distilled wisdom into a book called Goodbye IBS! It's full of proven strategies to get relief from irritable bowel symptoms and start healing your sick digestive system. Inside the book, you'll find SOS action plans, diet strategies, lifestyle & management tips and much more ...

Here's What One Reader Said ...

Dear Rachit, thank you for your book and emails. I've shared some of my experiences with IBS in this message, could you please forward it to your other readers?

After following the book Goodbye IBS for several months, I can now say that I don't have IBS any longer. Reaching to this stage took a little time and action. By this I mean that if you just read and dont follow the suggestions in the book, then nobody can help you at all.

The first thing i did was avoided all the kinds of foods which trigered my symptoms. After that I brought some short changes in my way of living, but all this was not done overnight. I monitored what I ate and accordingly checked my symptoms as the book says.I would advice all of you that the first thing you should avoid is tea, coffee or any caffine related drink. That's what I did. And believe it or not, I saw a certain change in the way my symptoms occurred.

Of course I'm not saying that I'm perfectly fine. But my digestive problems have reduced to just some minor symptoms. And that is a huge difference from my old life where I was in pain & worry all the time. Now, I am able to enjoy food & my life again.

Thank you, Faisale Ali Muhammade (Dubai,UAE)
